Our family visited many shelters in New York looking for a dog to adopt, but we had no luck. There were only dogs that were not child friendly, and everyone was really sad. We thought we would never find the right dog!

 

On the way to Nantucket for vacation we googled animal shelters in ACK and saw Brandy's picture. We all said "That's the cutest little face ever!"

 

A few days later we visited NiSHA, and it was love at first sight!
